This section of the guide is meant for use by the key end-users responsible for

- setting up and configuring the network, applications and server infrastructure,
- monitoring the network, application and server entities,
- troubleshooting and resolving errors and performance related issues,
- cyber threat monitoring, incidence response and investigation.
