## Verify Sensors Connectivity in Enterprise360

IT users who can access their Enterprise360 installations – appliance, VM or software-only set-up, can

- log in to Enterprise360, and
- look up the configuration table of sensors,
- locate the recently configured Infrasense  (as well as Netsense (packet sensor),
- note the settings and status of the sensor.

Table of Sensors

For all sensors connecting and reporting data to Enterprise360 the table includes:

- Sensor name
- Machine Status
- IP address
- Type of sensor and its status
- Physical name of the interface and its status

When the sensor configured as described in the above pages is listed in this table, the installation procedure can be considered as successfully completed.

**Note**: An x mark in any of status fields of this table indicates a down time in the related entity that in the machine status it could mean that the machine is down or that the sensor is not able to communicate with Enterprise360.

If there is an x in the sensor status and the interface status it could be that the machine is able to reach Enterprise360, but the sensor process is down for some reason. If there is an x mark in the status of all entities associated with the sensor it could be because the sensor service is stopped for some reason. IT Teams can contact ThoughtData technical support for trouble shooting these errors.
