## Enterprise Service Map

The Enterprise service map provides a full-scale network visualization of how nodes in the network are all interconnected and traffic flow across various nodes.

IT teams can use Enterprise service map to visually get an understanding of how their network elements are inter connected. It is also a starting point for visually troubleshooting failing service nodes in the enterprise network. Filters can be used in the workflow to filter only connections belonging to the filter context.

- The width of the lines illustrates volume of traffic on those connections.
- Red nodes indicate services which are running into performance problems.
- IT users can zoom in and out of the map to get detailed information.

Primary metrics used for driving the nodes into red color are error counts and application user latency. IT users can pin point a particular node of interest for troubleshooting and start an investigation with Node name or IP address and time context.

Drill through links help users to further troubleshoot issues associated with the selected node in the service map.
