## Unified SDWAN Monitoring in Enterprise360

Enterprise360 offers unified and comprehensive monitoring of the entire branch IT network for an enterprise. Built on various OEM vendor rest API integrations, enterprise customers can get unified and collective visibility into the health and performance of their branch IT network spread across multiple OEM vendor technologies.

Following SDWAN OEM vendors are currently supported

1. Cisco Viptela
2. Versa SDWAN
3. Fortinet SDWAN

Support for Lavelle SDWAN, HPE-SDWAN will be coming soon.

**Sample use cases coverage**

1. Unified dashboard for branch wide sdwan monitoring across multiple OEM vendors
2. Detect branch link outages and connectivity issues and get immediate alerts on outage/connectivity/link SLA performance issues.
3. Detect and resolve performance issues on edge devices at the branch and sdwan controllers.
4. Detect and resolve SLA issues on different service provider links across branch network.
5. Detect and resolve QoS issues on different branch links.
6. Get ready to use branch link availability reports.
7. Detect and resolve connectivity issues on BFD/OMP/IPSEC/DTLS tunnel Links

ThoughtData's InfraSense sensor has built in capability to enable rest API integrations with the SDWAN OEM vendors to bring ready to use KPI telemetry datasets for SDWAN network health and performance. Built on highly customizable rest API model, enterprise customers  can customize the rest API monitoring according to their needs. Enterprise360 comes with default rest API data sets which are auto polled from SDWAN OEM vendor controllers after authentication.

Addtionally, ThoughtData's NetSense sensor provides independent network monitoring capability for SDWAN links using SNMP, Netflow and deep packet inspection methods. Enterprise customers  will to get additional network monitoring in the SDWAN monitoring beyond the OEM API provided data sets can enable the required components.
