They provide critical information to IT teams related to specific time duration of problematic situations or patterns of problems over time to gauge the seriousness of the problems to initiate proper incident response. #### Application Crash Analysis Panels  The panels provide critical information about ongoing application crashes (if any) and reasons for crashes. These panels help the IT team to pin point availability issues to any ongoing application crashes to potential application level root cause  #### Application Health and Performance Impact Analysis Panels  The panels provide critical user level impact analysis of ongoing application availability and performance problems. These panels help the IT team to gauge the user level impact of ongoing problems to ascertain severity and seriousness  - #users impacted by application availability for all core business application services - #users impacted by application performance/user experience for all core business application services #### Critical and Core infrastructure Monitoring Panels  Infrastructure devices are the heart of every IT and applications rely on core infrastructure devices for providing services to customers/users and these panels below provide the most critical piece of real time information related to availability and resource performance of infrastructure devices. Infrastructure devices comprises of all servers(physical/virtual), any networking devices and other systems - Real time core infra health - Real time tracking of availability status of most critical IT infrastructure devices - These visualization could be as simple as total #devices down or highlights of which devices are down - Availability status is tracked by device real time up/down status - Real time core infra systems and devices performance - Real time tracking of resources performance of most critical and core IT infrastructure systems and devices which the business applications rely on - Resources performance is tracked by certain pre-configured threshold for core resources like CPU, Memory, Storage etc for the time period #### Critical and Core Network Monitoring Panels  Network devices and links are the heart of every IT and applications/systems/devices rely on core networking infrastructure for providing services to customers/users and these panels below provide the most critical piece of real time information related to availability and performance of networking infrastructure.  - Real time core networking health - Real time tracking of availability status of most critical networking links - Internet links - Leased lines - Internal links - Branch links etc - These visualization could be as simple as total critical network links which are down and how long there are down or real time flapping status #### Critical Cyber Threat Monitoring Panels  Monitoring for cyber threat activity in the IT network is of primary concern for every IT team today and ongoing threat activity can severely impact users/customers using the core business applications. These panels provide the most critical piece of real time information related to ongoing cyber threat activity.  - Real time ongoing cyber threat activity detection - Ongoing threat name and #incidents of threat for the time duration #### Drilldown Investigations from Unified Dashboards While the Unified monitoring CIO level dashboards provide crucial information for the IT teams, drilldowns are available from each panel to launch investigation and troubleshooting for each area with context of problem. These could be drill through links to troubleshoot application availability and performance, infrastructure availability and performance, core network links and devices availability and performance, cyber threat investigations.  **Note**: All drilldown links can be customized as per customer's requirements and they launch various other connected dashboards in Enterprise360 with context to troubleshoot the problems at the next level of details
