## Fortinet SDWAN Monitoring Deployment

A sample enterprise branch wide fortinet sdwan monitoring deployment is illustrated below

1. Fortigate firewall devices enabled for SDWAN can be provisioned in Enterprise360 for enterprise wide fortinet SDWAN monitoring. InfraSense sensor inside the enterprise data center will establish rest API communication to fortinet firewall/sdwan controllers and start polling real time SDWAN KPIs from the fortigate firewalls, SDWAN controllers.

3. Optionally, snmp enabled fortinet firewalls/SDWAN controllers can be provisioned for monitoring in Enterprise360 for NetSense SNMP sensor and NetSense SNMP sensor will start polling standard mibs. Additionally fortinet specific SDWAN mibs can also provisioned for monitoring. Refer to setting up NetSense as a SNMP sensor topic for more information

Optionally, netflow enabled fortinet firewalls can be provisioned for monitoring in Enterprise360. NetSense Netflow collector will start collecting netflow data exported from all fortinet firewall devices/SDWAN controllers and respective edge devices. Optionally, deep packet inspection(DPI) based network traffic monitoring can also be setup using ThoughtData's NetSense packet sensors and they will start monitoring all critical fortinet sdwan links and tunnels for both network as well as application monitoring. Refer to setting up NetSense as a packet sensor topic for more information
