The Remote-User monitor in Enterprise360 provides a board for comprehensive investigation into problems associated with remote users connecting to enterprise network security using VPN applications. Use this monitor to discover the number of

- remote users connecting to network in enterprise network,
- users running into problems related to slow connectivity and failures.

The Remote user monitor provides deep visibility into VPN control plane, Internet and Intranet connections originating from the remote user. You can

- Troubleshoot each layer to understand how remote users are experiencing issues in VPN connections and data connections inside VPN tunnels to intranet and internet communications.
- Discover latency, errors and traffic throughput rates per service in each layer.
- Understand failures and causes behind them.
- Troubleshoot VPN connection performance per VPN server.
